Refund Policy

We only accept refund/return only if your product is

  1. Not delivered or lost
  2. Not what you ordered

*In case of Damage we will REPLACE the product with another one(same what you ordered) no refund will be initiated on the same*

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
